2. Order Placement
2.1 All orders placed with Golden Arts Printing are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.
2.2 By placing an order, you confirm that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and approvals to use and reproduce any provided artwork, logos, or trademarks. Golden Arts Printing will not be held liable for any copyright or intellectual property infringements.
3. Pricing and Payments
3.1 Pricing for our printing services will be provided upon request or as outlined in our quote. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3.2 Payment must be made in full before production begins, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Golden Arts Printing.
3.3 We accept online payment provided on the website of Golden arts . All payments must be made in the currency specified by Golden Arts Printing.
4. Turnaround Time and Delivery
4.1 Golden Arts Printing will provide an estimated turnaround time for each order. However, this is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or issues beyond our control.
4.2 We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the completed order by the agreed-upon date. Golden Arts Printing will not be held liable for any loss or damages resulting from delayed delivery.
4.3 Shipping and handling charges will apply to all orders, unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs will be provided upon request or as outlined in our quote.
5. Quality Assurance and Reprints
5.1 Golden Arts Printing strives to maintain high-quality standards. However, minor variations in color, texture, and finish may occur due to the nature of packaging processes. Such variations do not constitute defects.
5.2 If there are any defects or errors in the printed or packaged materials that are a result of our production process, Golden Arts Printing will, at our discretion, either reprint or refund the affected portion of the order.
5.3 It is the customer's responsibility to review and approve all artwork proofs and product specifications before production begins. Golden Arts Printing will not be held liable for errors or omissions in approved artwork or specifications.
6. Our Replacement Policy
6.1 In the rare event that you suspect a product may be defective, we kindly ask for your cooperation in returning the item to us for a thorough examination.
6.2 Our responsibility regarding misprints is outlined as follows:

7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All intellectual property rights associated with the designs, artwork, and printed materials produced by Golden Arts Printing remain the property of Golden Arts Printing, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
7.2 Golden Arts Printing reserves the right to showcase and display completed projects on our website, portfolio, or promotional materials, unless otherwise specified in writing by the customer.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Golden Arts Printing will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or the products delivered, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data.
8.2 In no event shall the total liability of Golden Arts Printing exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
